If you want to be treated poorly, I highly recommend shopping at Silver Ribbon of Westport, CT. There is an absolute disregard for the customer experience nor do they stand behind their poor quality products.
Brought my mom when she was visiting. She enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and nice to her. She found a piece she liked. There were some interesting pieces. I would say the pricing is fair.
The Silver Ribbon has remained in business in Westport because it carries the widest range of jewelry in many price ranges. They are terrific, and the sales people are helpful and gracious. Today I went into the store to get a low cost item (a bag of plastic backs for my wired pierced earrings) and the saleswoman was quick, giving me the reason that one type was better than the other. This store is fantastic and a real find for people wanting a lovely gift at a fair price!
